Mobile TV Group Expands Leadership Team

Live production doesn’t stand still. The way sports and entertainment content is made, distributed, and consumed is changing faster than at any point in the industry’s history, and the organizations best positioned for that future are those investing in the infrastructure and people to meet it head-on.

At MTVG, that investment has never been more visible. The Mountain Media Center, the most progressive live production media center in the U.S., represents a significant leap forward and fills the gap being created by the collapse of RSNs. It is a platform built to serve the evolving needs of the media industry today, and well into the future.

Alongside that facility, we’re building the leadership team to match. Today we’re sharing three announcements that together reflect the kind of organization MTVG is becoming: honoring the foundation that brought us here, welcoming the expertise that will carry our systems integration work forward, and elevating the homegrown talent that has earned a bigger role in shaping our future.

Honoring a 23-Year Legacy in Systems Integration

Terry Breay

VP of Systems Integration — Retiring

When Terry Breay joined MTVG 23 years ago, the company was a different organization in a different era of the industry. Over the decades that followed, he helped shape MTVG into something few competitors can claim: a company that doesn’t just operate mobile units, but designs, engineers, and builds them from the ground up with a level of craftsmanship that has become our calling card.

As VP of Systems Integration, Terry was at the center of some of the most complex and consequential technical work MTVG has ever done. His fingerprints are on workflows, facilities, and mobile units across the country, and on a team of engineers and integrators who learned from him what it means to do this work at the highest level.

At the end of this month, Terry will be retiring. It is difficult to overstate what his tenure has meant to this company. He departs with our deepest gratitude and our very best wishes for the chapter ahead. Please join us in celebrating everything he has contributed to MTVG.

Welcoming World-Class Systems Expertise for Mobile TV Group

Warren Hough

Director of Systems Integration — New Hire

Filling a role like Terry’s requires someone who has operated at the highest levels of the industry. We found that in Warren Hough, who joins MTVG from LTN as our new Director of Systems Integration and will be relocating to Denver to join the team.

At LTN, Warren led the design and build of mobile units and innovative facilities and workflows for top-tier leagues and networks — exactly the kind of work that defines what MTVG does best. He arrives at a pivotal moment as the Mountain Media Center opens new possibilities for how we serve our clients and how we think about integrating on-site and centralized production.

Warren shared what drew him to MTVG, highlighting the unmatched craftsmanship of its mobile units and the MTVG platform as an exciting time in the evolving media industry:

“I’ve been consistently impressed by the unmatched craftsmanship and attention to detail that MTVG produces. They have brought that same commitment to excellence to the new Mountain Media Center, whichoffers an exciting platform to serve the evolving media industry’s needs today and well into the future.”

Warren’s arrival is a direct reflection of the ambition behind Mobile TV Group, and of our commitment to building a systems integration practice that matches the scale of what that facility makes possible.

Elevating Homegrown Talent: Ryan Pharo Promoted to Director of Construction

Ryan Pharo

Director of Construction — Promotion

If Warren represents what MTVG is bringing in from the outside, Ryan Pharo represents something equally important: what we’ve been building from within.

Ryan joined MTVG 12 years ago as a project superintendent, bringing with him nearly 30 years of construction experience that spans commercial construction, project management, field operations, and business ownership. Before MTVG, he worked as a foreman in commercial construction and ran his own residential remodeling company — a background that gave him a hands-on, practical lens for problem-solving that has served this team well at every turn.

Over 12 years, Ryan has been consistently recognized for improving operational efficiency, elevating craftsmanship and safety standards, and building strong collaboration across project teams. Anyone who has watched a mobile unit come together at MTVG has seen his work and his influence in the final product.

We are happy to announce his promotion to Director of Construction, a title that reflects both what he’s already proven and where he’s headed.

In his new role, Ryan said, “I look forward to having a greater ability to impact our (MTVG’s) future direction.”

With the MTVG operational and demand for sophisticated live production continuing to grow, MTVG’s construction work has never mattered more. Ryan is exactly the person to lead it.

These three announcements confirm MTVG’s commitment to matching our world-class infrastructure, like the Mountain Media Center, with world-class talent, both new and homegrown.

“We have the best people in this industry, and together, we’ll keep pushing forward to deliver the best live production platform in the industry,” said Nick Garvin, CEO, Mobile TV Group.

Please join us in celebrating Terry Breay’s tremendous legacy, welcoming Warren Hough to Denver, and congratulating Ryan Pharo on his well-deserved promotion.
